Application Guidelines are now available for the 2011 Postdoctoral Research Fellowship Program in the Basic Sciences and Clinical/Health Services Research. Two-year grants will be awarded beginning on July 1, 2011. United States citizenship is not required. This grant is available to researchers at Massachusetts institutions only.

Two-year fellowships from $43,500 - $51,000 per year

Eligibility:
BASIC SCIENCE
By July 1, 2011, applicants must have completed a minimum of three years, but not more than five years, of full-time postdoctoral research.
CLINICAL/HEALTH SERVICES RESEARCH
By July 1, 2011, applicants with clinical responsibilities must have completed residency and be enrolled in a postdoctoral fellowship program. Applicants without clinical responsibilities must have completed a minimum of three years, but not more than five years, of full-time postdoctoral research.

Multiple opportunities exist for postdoctoral researchers interested in working
on cardiovascular disease in an outstanding research training environment.
Funded positions include NIH T32 training grant openings to work with outstanding Harvard
faculty on a broad range of topics including basic, translational, and clinical aspects of
cardiovascular disease. In addition, other funded projects include studies on proteomics of
cardiac ischemia, mechanisms of arrhythmia and heart failure, and development of iPS cells
