Administration

Direction and administration of the program is provided by the Minority Faculty Development Program (MFDP) at Harvard Medical School (HMS).

MFDP was established in 1990 to serve as an umbrella organization for minority recruitment, development, and retention initiatives undertaken at HMS and affiliated hospitals.

Coordinating Committee

Responsibilities of the Harvard Coordinating Committee include assistance in program design and development, coordination of the Fellowship within the Harvard University community, identification of practicums, advice to program mentors, and review of applications.
