Director of the Tackling Drug Addiction Program at OSI-Baltimore, Open Society Network, Soros Foundations Network, Baltimore, MD

A board-certified pediatrician, Dr. Taylor is currently serving as Deputy Commissioner of the Baltimore City Health Department.
